Helmsburg Homestead is one of Brown County’s most extraordinary historic retreats: an 1800s log cabin relocated log-by-log from Brown County State Park, with hand-hewn poplar walls and a chiseled stone fireplace that have been standing longer than anyone can remember.
At 2,200 square feet across four bedrooms, The Helm gives your group room to breathe — and then some. Gather around the dining table that seats eight. Soak in the swim spa as the stars come out.
