By clicking "Request to Book” or “Instant Booking," the Lessee accepts all of the following terms and conditions:

Departure time: 11:00 am or before
PETS
All pets must be pre-approved by My Brown County Vacation LLC. There is a $100.00 PET FEE per dog, excluding an ADA compliant Service Dog, per stay which will appear as a separate charge on your receipt. TWO DOG LIMIT.
Please provide us with details about your pets when making your reservations. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if we are not comfortable that the house rules for pets will be observed.
Dogs must NEVER be left unattended at any time, whether or not the dog is in a kennel crate.
My Brown County Vacation is not responsible for dogs that may exit doors.
Dogs must be clean, fully house-trained, parasite free and disease free (i.e. ticks, fleas, Parvo, etc.)
Dogs are expected to be well behaved and non-destructive
Dogs are not allowed directly on furniture, including beds - please bring pet sheets/covers. If we detect pets' fur or other signs of pets on any furniture an additional cleaning fee will automatically be charged.
Please do not bathe your dog in the shower or sink
Dogs must be leashed and under direct restraint at all times outside the property
Always clean up after your pets. Please respect our future guests and other residents of the community by cleaning up after your pets.
Except for an ADA compliant Service Dog, dogs are not permitted in the hot tub area.
Additional Fees: Pet parents are 100% responsible for any damage caused by their pets. The cabin is inspected and cleaned thoroughly between each guest making damage identifiable to the immediately proceeding guest.
$100.00 fee for unattended dog(s)
$300.00 fee for each undeclared/non-approved dog/pet brought into the 1891 Schoolhouse Inn.
$350.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by My Brown County Vacation, for the property left in an unsatisfactory condition

MY BROWN COUNTY VACATION LLC makes every effort to ensure that all descriptions and representations from its representatives, in our printed materials, and on our website are completely accurate. We do make periodic enhancements to properties that may not be represented exactly in photographs on our website. Prices, amenities, specials, and/or minimums are subject to change with or without notice.
