Brown County Vacations handles only tourist home rental properties. Our full focus is to attract guests to your unit and make sure they experience all of what Brown County has to offer its visitors.

While there are other management companies in Brown County, Brown County Vacations is the ONLY company that offers an actual ”storefront” for your tourist home rental in downtown Nashville. The opportunity for walk in bookings is tremendous given the millions of people who visit Nashville every year!

We offer two types of service for owners. Brown County Vacations offers full property management at a rate of 25% of your gross bookings. We will coordinate all cleaning and maintenance, process your bookings, check your guests in, and handle on call services for your guests. We also offer our booking agent services for local owners who take care of their own cleaning and maintenance at a rate of 15% of your gross bookings.

We offer a toll free phone number for reservations. We will be open 7 days a week and our phones are answered live. We know it is important to provide personal service so we will answer our phones after hours as well.

Brown County Vacations has a web site that will process online reservations 24/7.

Our rates for cabins will be based on the maximum occupancy of your unit. There are no per person charges, service charges, or processing fees charged to your guest. This straight forward approach to pricing will be appreciated by the guest and will make accounting much easier. We do charge the guest the cleaning fees for your unit so there are no cleaning costs billed to our owners.

Each month you will receive a detailed statement including the dates your unit was booked, the rate the guest paid and the number of guests registered for each stay. You will also receive a detailed maintenance log so you are aware of any issues with the unit and how and when they were resolved.
